Paul Martinelli was a stuttering high school dropout from a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania working-class family. From these humble and difficult beginnings, Paul learned to tap into his true potential and became a millionaire entrepreneur. Today as an international speaker, teacher and coach, Paul is spreading the word about unleashing one’s true potential and the power of what the mind can truly accomplish.

After dropping out of high school in the early 1980s, Paul Martinelli was recruited by Guardian Angels’ founder Curtis Sliwa to help protect everyday citizens from thugs and criminals. Paul traveled the United States with Sliwa to set up volunteer, unarmed citizen safety patrols in tough, urban neighborhoods. By the time Paul was 22 years old, he had risen to second in command of the Guardian Angels. This leadership experience at such a young age gave Paul a strong foundation of courage and confidence that would propel him to achieve successes exceeding his wildest dreams.

In 1988, with $200 and a used vacuum cleaner in hand, Paul started At Your Service, Inc., a cleaning company. Paul’s personal and business life expanded tremendously when he began to study and apply the field of human potential. Paul’s creative business savvy earned him Northwood University’s most prestigious Arthur E. Turner Excellence in Entrepreneurship award. He sold his cleaning company in 2006 to become president of LifeSuccess Consultants. Paul’s passion to develop others has led him to his latest venture of launching his own coaching, training and platform speaking firm.
