What To Do After A Training Event?

Whenever you’re at a national/regional/international training event you should remember the feeling. You’re in a room with 100’s or even 1,000’s of people, very determined to go home and make their business thrive at all levels. The training you received is considered to be the very best and better than the last one and was given by your companies top leaders and founders. Your belief skyrocketed and you left the training riding a wave of momentum.

The questions to ask yourself and your team members are:
What are you doing to apply what you have learned?
Are you using the momentum to carry you though to the next training event?

So a few weeks have passed since your major training and as time passes it’s sometime easy to let go of that excitement you had at the meeting and become complacent. So this short little article is intended to remind you of that feeling, excitement, motivation and belief. What are you doing to take action on your business today?

Signs that you are taking action:
You have scheduled your home meeting/private business receptions
You, and everyone on your team, are signed up for the next Training Event.
You’re attending your local Training Events – every week.
You’re focused on customer acquisition and retention
You’re qualifying your representatives within 48 hours
You’re making recruiting appointments

Now if you are taking action between the time you left your last training event and the next national event, you will see your organization grow and strengthen. Depending on what season you are in and you’re staying consistent in your action, you will see your business and customer base build through the current season, which will set you up to harvest in the fall.

Look at your schedule and see when the next training event is and determine how you are spending your time.
